HK Tour – Taxi Service Terms & Conditions
1.Booking & Confirmation
All bookings for HK tour Taxi Service can be made via Call, Whatsapp or Website.
A minimum advance/token amount may be required to confirm the booking.
Booking is confirmed only after receiving payment confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from HK Tour.
Any incorrect information provided by the customer may lead to service delays or cancellation without refund.
2.Payment Policy
Taxi fares are based on distance, route, vehicle type, travel duration, and seasonal demand.
Toll tax, parking, state tax, and driver allowance (if applicable) may be charged extra unless mentioned in the package.
Customer must pay an advance amount at the time of booking.
Remaining payment must be completed before or at start of the trip.
HK Tour reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice due to fuel price changes, government taxes, or operational costs.
3.Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation before 24 hours : Full refund ( excluding transaction charges )
Cancellation within 24 hours : Advance amount is non-refundable
No info : no refund will be provided.
Advance payments are non-refundable in peak seasons, festival periods, or special event bookings.
Refund processing time may take 5-7 working days depending on payment method.
4.Usage Policy
The taxi must be used only for lawful purposes.
Smoking, illegal activities or misuse of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be charged accordingly.
5.Driver & Safety
Our drivers are experienced and verified.
Customers must follow driver instruction for safety.
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.
Customers must treat drivers respectfully; abusive behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
6.Time & Extra Charge
Extra Charge will apply for:-
Additional hours beyond booking time
Extra kilometers beyond package limit
Night charges (if applicable)
7.Liability Disclaimer
HK Tour Group is not responsible for
Loss of personal belongings
Delay due to traffic, weather or unforeseen conditions.
HK Tour shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, missed flights, or missed events due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.Route & Travel Policy
Travel route will be as per the agreed itinerary.
Any changes in route may result in additional charges.
9.Customer Responsibilities
Provide valid ID Proof if required.
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
Respect Driver and company policies.
10.Luggage Policy
Customers are allowed to carry luggage as per vehicle capacity.
HK Tour is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the journey.
Customers are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
11.Route & Travel Changes
Any change in route, destination, or additional sightseeing will be charged extra.
Customers must inform changes in advance to ensure availability and proper fare calculation.
12.Night Travel Charges
Additional night charges may apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
These charges vary depending on vehicle type and trip duration.
13.Outstation & Multi-Day Trips
Minimum kilometer/day policy may apply for outstation trips.
Driver accommodation and meals may be charged separately if not included in the package.
14.Legal Compliance
Any dispute arising from the service will be subject to jurisdiction of local courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
